Kenneth J. Peace
Kenneth J. Peace is a member of the firm. Ken has a wide array of civil litigation experience ranging from the small business dispute to the multi-billion dollar complex accounting/legal malpractice case. Prior to graduating from law school, Ken traded fixed income securities for the largest clearing firm on Wall Street, utilizing technical and fundamental analysis. Ken's trading and prior legal experience has given him a foundation to evaluate financial and accounting issues, which he applies in practice to the present day. Ken's primary focus has evolved over the years and he now focuses primarily on estate, probate and trust litigation. Ken's success in his practice stems from his ability to educate, counsel, and guide each client through the litigation process and let them know what to expect. Ken takes pride in building strong relationships with his clients. He not only understands the law, but also understands his clients as well as their present and future goals and concerns. This personal approach ensures that Ken's clients make informed decisions throughout the litigation process.
Ken was born and raised in Chicago Illinois. He received his B.S. degree with high honors from the University of Illinois in finance and his J.D. from De Paul University. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar, the Arizona State Bar, the District Court of Arizona and the San Carlos Apache Tribal Bar Association.
Ken is married and has two children. He enjoys playing his guitar, scuba diving, and spending time with his family.
