Karen H. Branscum

Karen H. Branscum joined Braun Siler Kruzel with Dennis Siler in November 2004. Karen has worked as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal since 1983. She assists the attorneys in the area of estate planning, including assisting with the drafting of revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, and qualified personal residence trusts. She also assists the attorneys with the formation of partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, and family limited partnership for estate planning purposes. These services include funding, document organization, beneficiary designations, and related documents to complete the desired planning.

Past experience includes working in installment and commercial banking. During this tenure, she attended course studies relating to the principles of banking operations, commercial law, commercial and installment lending, and related advanced banking studies through the American Banking Association.

Karen moved to Arizona in 1983 from Missouri. She and her husband have four adult children and two grandsons.
