Gregory M. Kruzel

Gregory M. Kruzel is a shareholder in the firm and has been practicing in Arizona since 1987. Greg provides a personalized approach to his individual, business, fiduciary and charity clients. He is dedicated to protecting and enhancing his clients' assets for themselves and their beneficiaries. He prides himself on his longstanding successful client relationships. He assists many business clients with the formation of corporations, partnerships, family limited partnerships and limited liability companies. He is involved in the representation of clients in lifetime tax and business planning, the purchase or sale of businesses, the transfer of family business interests to future generations, the organization of business interests and related employee and shareholder disputes. See Key Business Transactions. Finally, he counsels fiduciaries and charities with regards to their role in the management, administration and operation of both contested and non-contested estates. Greg graduated egregia cum laude with a B.A. from St. Mary's University of Minnesota and received his juris doctorate from Notre Dame University. He is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Arizona.

Greg is dedicated to community service, including serving on the Professional Advisory Board - Catholic Community Foundation; Professional Advisory Board, Member and past Chair, Arizona Community Foundation; Board of Directors, Phoenix Children's Hospital Foundation; Past President, The Xavier Foundation, Inc.; Board of Directors and Member, Central Arizona Estate Planning Council; and Board of Directors, McDowell Sonoran Conservancy.  Greg is an alumnus of Valley Leadership Class XVI, is an AV Preeminent Rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, and is listed in the Best Lawyers of America, Trusts & Estates.

Greg was born in Chicago, Illinois, but supports all aspects of the arts and life in the Valley of the Sun. He participates in summer sports such as hiking. Greg is an avid film fan, as well as a Phoenix Suns supporter. Greg and his wife, Kathy, have two children. Greg and Kathy are both former scout leaders.
