Bradley S. Braun
Bradley S. Braun is a shareholder in the firm. He has been providing quality legal services to clients since 1986. His clients have assets ranging from the moderate "non-taxable" estate to estates valued at several millions of dollars. Brad's success in his practices stems from the fact that he educates and guides each client through the myriad personal and legal decisions necessary to create an estate plan that achieves his clients' goals while minimizing the time and expense of estate administration. Brad takes pride in building strong relationships with his clients. He not only understands the law, but also understands his clients as well as their present and future goals and concerns. This personal approach ensures that Brad's clients make informed decisions and as a result enhances their ability to preserve and increase their wealth during their lifetime, makes their dispositive intent and healthcare wishes known, and allows the efficient transfer of their wealth to future generations. Further, he then works with the personal representative or trustee of estates and trusts in both non-contested and contested estates and trusts.
Brad is active in the Arizona community. He is on the Board of Directors of Learning Ally (formerly known as Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic - Arizona Unit) and has chaired their annual charitable golf outing for over fifteen years. He previously served on the Board of Directors and is past President of the Valley Estate Planners. Brad is also a member of several other worthwhile organizations.
Like many other Arizonans, Brad was born in Chicago, Illinois. He received his B.S. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D from De Paul University. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar as well as the Arizona State Bar.
Brad is married and has two children. He enjoys photography, golf, and scuba diving.
