Arizonans in need. As part of the Health and
Human Services Board, Kelley will advise CPLC
on its various social services programs,
including behavioral health, emergency
assistance, domestic violence, elderly,
immigration, HIV, health and legal
information, and referral services. Prior to
being appointed to CPLC's Health and Human
Services Board, Kelley served on the Advisory
Board for
Parenting Arizona, a CPLC program
dedicated to providing educational resources
and training to combat child abuse.
